I've decided that my posterior chain could benefit from some targeted overload, and I feel the need to establish a daily rhythm so I'm embarking upon a swing challenge. From this day until the end of the year I will perform 250 kettlebell swings every day with a 24kg kettlebell or heavier. Thst will get me to 13000 total swings by New Year's.
